Some of these benefits include:
Full Access To Tessitura
The Consortium shares a license to the Tessitura Software Suite, one of the leading database software tools in the arts and culture industry. This unique structure gives member organizations full access to the software at a fraction of the cost. An integrated software solution, Tessitura houses all ticketing, marketing, development, education, event, group sales, volunteer, merchandise and customer relation needs in one database, eliminating the need for multiple business management tools.
Database Management and Support
Our dedicated Support Staff works with each individual organization to customize and strengthen their use of the software. They work exclusively for the Consortium, and provide ongoing training, management and database administration. They also manage any related outside vendor relations, including credit card processing, hardware maintenance, software upgrades and PCI compliance.
Shared Marketing Initiative
Consortium members have access to over 684,000 prospective constituents. A unique benefit to our Consortium is that members are able to view shared address and ticketing information while keeping all transaction and contribution information confidential. We promote member organizations through marketing efforts by the Consortium itself, including through our website. The Consortium is currently looking to expand these efforts to include e-marketing and cross promotion.
Arts and Culture Network
By joining the Consortium, your organization will automatically become a part of an expanding arts and cultural network in the region, providing opportunities for collaboration and support among fellow members.
